Sale of Patria's shares to Kongsberg completed
The competition authorities have granted their approval concerning sale by State of Finland of 49.9 per cent of the defence company Patria Oyj to Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace AS. The total value of the transaction is EUR 283,5 million. The State of Finland now owns 50.1 per cent of Patria Oyj.
Christer Granskog (elected as the Chairman of the Board) and Marko Hyvärinen, will continue as members of the Board of Directors. Ari Puheloinen, Päivi Marttila, Harald Aarø, Geir Håøy, Harald Ånnestad and Janne Sølvi Weseth were elected as new members of the Board of Directors.
